Through compassionate exploration and courageous truth-telling, we can begin the journey from inner turmoil to deep, authentic healing. We don’t just treat wounds—we help you understand them, grow through them, and reclaim your wholeness.

My Approach.
I practice from a relational, culturally responsive, and somatically oriented lens. I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s grounded in connection and safety. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationships where you feel seen, accepted, and supported. My goal is to create that space for you. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I bring in humor, curiosity, and evidence-based approaches and mindfulness to help you move through pain toward deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
